BEACT is focusing on making a valuable contribution towards empowering people to enhance education, health, life skills & livelihood. In general, there is an unequal infrastructure between rural and urban areas, which results in massive inequality of competence & opportunity. In the end, a vast majority of poor kids will eke out a precarious living in the informal sector.
